I am a certified personal trainer in Winnipeg.
I have my Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through NSCA.
I own my own personal training business and my goal is to spread the word about the importance of physical activity and moving your body.
I am focused on guiding others in becoming healthier, happier, and stronger versions of themselves, by taking a step by step approach to develop a long term healthy and physically active lifestyle.
I offer health and fitness coaching in person and online, Personal training, partner training, and individualized programming.
